Good morning everyone! Pretty nice day yesterday even with midday shower and plenty of clouds. Those clouds kept a lit on temperatures from getting warmer. We will begin our streak of 90 degree days possibly today, but likely tomorrow. Increased fire danger through Thursday, make sure to properly dispose of cigarettes and other flammable materials. Parking on dry grass will run the risk of starting fires.
Very warm day today with most of us flirting with the 90s. Do not think we will reach it, but a lot of us will be close. Morning temperatures will be in the mid 60s out the door, but quickly warm up to the upper 70s due to drier air and more sunshine out there. Those drier conditions will lead to fire danger with highs reaching a degree or two below 90˚F.
Summer-like day tomorrow without punishing humidity. Please remember to drink plenty of water and avoid heavier clothing such as cotton. Morning temperatures will be in the low 70s with passing clouds. By late morning we will be in the low to mid 80s. Warming up very quickly. Hot afternoon with highs in the low 90s. This would be the earliest 90˚F day in over a decade. Very unusual.
The mid April heatwave continues on Thursday with more 90s anticipated. Morning temperatures will be in the low 70s as we wake up. But by noon we will approach the low to mid 80s. Much like the day before, a quick warm up to temperatures suited for mid June. Hottest day of the week is possible with highs in the low 90s with some sunshine.
There is some chance of showers on Friday to end the week. If the rain chance increases, it would lower temperatures. Plenty of uncertainty with this one. Morning temperatures will be in the low 60s with passing clouds. We will see those clouds increase in coverage with highs in the mid 80s. If it appears rain is in the forecast in the coming days, temperature would be lowered.
Another warm day can be expected on Saturday, but maybe not 90 degrees. Morning temperatures will be in the mid 60s with plenty of clouds. By late morning we will be in the mid 70s. Still will be another warm start. Afternoon highs get to the mid 80s with more clouds.
Long Range
It does look like a cold front will occur sometime Sunday or Monday. Still too early to determine how much rain comes with it, or at all. But by midweek next week, we will be notably cooler than this week.
