Good morning everyone! Most of the rain missed is to the south of us yesterday, but it remained plenty cool. Certainly has been a lengthy period of non warmth being the primary factor. We will however return to comfortable temperatures. More rain tomorrow ahead of a front but it won’t be a lot. Beginning this weekend summer temperatures will return with 90s possible in one week.
Pleasant day is anticipated today with plenty of sunshine. Morning temperatures will be in the low 50s with plenty of sunshine. Due to drier air, we quickly warm up near 60˚F by late morning. Sunshine persists in the afternoon with highs reaching 70˚F. A few spots may even get above that.
While tomorrow will be warm, it will also be rainy and windy. For most of the day, gusts up to 25 mph can be expected. Rain will arrive in the afternoon, and we can’t rule out rumbles of thunder closer to sunset. Morning temperatures will be in the upper 50s with clouds moving in after sunrise. Rain moves in during the afternoon with highs in the low to mid 70s. Not a lot of humidity, so any thunder would be isolated.
Cold front shifts east tomorrow which results in a seasonably cool and dry Thursday. Sporadic gusts up to 20 mph most of the day can be expected. Morning temperatures will be in the mid 50s with plenty of sunshine. Afternoon highs will be in the mid 60s with scattered clouds.
Our increase in warmth kicks off Friday with comfortable temperatures and low humidity. With plenty of sunshine, you can’t ask for better way to end the week. Morning temperatures will be in the mid 50s with plenty of sunshine. Some clouds filter in late but it won’t stop temperatures from getting in the low 70s. Isolated gusts to 20 mph can be expected.
It is going to be several degrees warmer on Saturday with no rain expected. Low humidity once again. We are in mid May now, so it is not a surprise if humidity creeps up. Morning temperatures will be in the upper 50s with plenty of sunshine. Drier airmass will result in a quick rise in temperatures to the low 70s by late morning. Some clouds filter in during the afternoon with highs climbing to the low 80s.
